1. Expediting the process of sales/Purchase/Projects/IT/ Tendering/Admin
2. Necessary preparation prequalification document to different Ministry and clients and Per Management instruction.
3. Necessary preparation of Tender Preparation and Costing
4. Floating the enquiries to vendor to get the Prices according to project and tender requirements and send to the concern department.
5. Sale all the Product and (Engineering Products, FO Products, Electrical & Mechanical Products.. ETc.. ) to Customers..
6. Manage, execute and implement purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
7. Managing and following up with Shipping /logistics / fast forwarding companies to get best rates for shipping and to save on freight charges.
8. Coordinate with concerned parties for easy and quick clearance of shipments at Country boarders.
9. Support Sales / Project departments with required quotations for the purpose of tenders and project execution.
10. suppliers’ invoices against material delivery and ensure that supplier payment accounts with the Finance department is maintained accurately.
11. Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
12. Build and maintaining Very Good relations with vendors, suppliers, and sub contractors.
13. Complete coordinate with Management for accelerate the process of sales requirements
14. Coordinate with foreign and local suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
15. Entire documentation related to stores and follow up with the Head of Projects on weekly basis.
16. Coordinate with store for the deliveries of materials
17. Coordinate with Customs clearance agencies and organize for the deliveries on time to client.
18. Follow up with Project Engineers for the Monthly Invoice of the work carried out in the project and preparing the Invoice after consultation with HOD and coordinate for the delivery of invoices.
19. Preparing the documents for ISO by coordinating with internal & External customers.


20. Handling all issue and new expansion of IT network in the company.
21. Developed and installed operating systems.
22. Responsible for the repair and maintenance of printers, monitors, scanners and hardware.
23. Provided assistance at the in-house helpdesk providing technical support by phone and in person to the facilities staff.
24. Responsible for loading new software and systems on existing equipment.
25. Tested systems to ensure the elimination of bugs or viruses.
26. Responsible for performing troubleshooting activities prior to the implementation of new systems.
